The firm has a specialised and highly experienced practice in the field of insurance.

The firm appeared successfully in an important pro bono public matter pertaining to right of general insurance companies to refuse to renew Mediclaim policies, on which the Supreme Court delivered judgement in favour of the claimants in May 2008.

The firm handles insurance cases before the Courts as well as arbitral tribunals. The firm is presently handling an important insurance claim of a thermal power plant under the Industrial All Risk Policy before the NCDRC.
