The firm is well known for its IP practice. The firm has been involved in several enforcement actions against IP violators. The firm has fought many passing off and infringement actions including obtaining anton-piller orders for its clients.

The firm regularly advises and appears for Hindustan Unilever for a number of their cases relating to intellectual property rights including disparagement actions. The Firm appears for a number of hotel associations and hotels including Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Associations of India in various Copyright actions in different Courts of India. The firm is also representing FHRAI before the Delhi High Court in an important matter pertaining to interpretation of section 52(1)(za) of the Copyright Act.

The firm appeared before the Supreme Court in a landmark case relating to grant of compulsory licenses under the Copyright Act. The firm has also filed and defended several disparagement actions.

We have also represented Cadila Pharma Ltd. and Swiss Pharma in an action for passing off. We have acted for or are acting for Arvind Mills, Garden Silk Mills, FHRAI, Larsen and Toubro, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Dhariwal Industries, Natural Ice cream and a German automotive parts company.
