Abhishek Thakral is a 2018 law graduate from IP University, New Delhi. As a part of the Litigation and dispute resolution team, Abhishek primarily focuses on areas involving civil and commercial litigation and advises clients including Companies, PSUs, Banks, Societies, etc. He regularly appears before various judicial forums for Indian as well as foreign clients, before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon'ble High Courts across India, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal and various other district courts and Tribunals. Abhishek also actively advice clients on disputes arising out of contracts and for Alternate Disputes Resolution. He represents clients before the Mediation proceedings as well as Arbitration, both Domestic as well as International.
