Kumar has vast experience in Dispute Resolution. Kumar was admitted to the Bar in 1986 and joined the firm in 1994. He has appeared in a large number of important cases in the Supreme Court of India involving questions of Constitutional, Civil and Commercial importance.  He has been actively involved in a number of international admiralty arbitrations in the recent past. Kumar has handled a number of highly complex litigations including Banking, Insurance and Civil laws.
