An Advocate on Record of the Supreme Court of India, Sameer has done his masters in law from Univeristy of Pennsylvania and is admitted to practice in India and New York, USA. He is the Managing Partner of the firm, with over 30 years of experience. He has substantial experience in construction laws, corporate laws, corporate laws as also in dispute resolution including international commercial arbitraions.

Sameer is widely acclaimed as the top Construction Law expert in the country. He has been involved in a large number of very complex arbitrations and is well recoganised for understanding engineering issues and identifying and building the claims of the clients. He is well versed with handling of Primavera Project Plainning Software.

Sameer has appeared in many celebrated judgments relating to constitutional law, arbitration and construction law. Sameer has presented several papers on Construction Law, Arbitrations and Private International Law. He has appeared in over 100 arbitrations. He has also been appointed an Arbitrator in an SIAC Arbitration.
