With an experience of over 7 years in the field of Dispute Resolution and Dispute Advisory, Pavitra has advised and represented clients in disputes arising from EPC contracts, Concession Agreements, O&M Contracts, etc., floated by Central and State Government Agencies, as well as Private Parties. Pavitra has substantial experience in Construction Law. She has been involved in adjudication of disputes before Courts, Arbitral Tribunals and Dispute Adjudication Boards.
