Prateek is an engineer turned lawyer. After finishing his Engineering in Electronics and Communication, he did his LLB from Faculty of Law, Delhi University. He also has a Master's in Digital Anthropology (MSc.) from University College London (UCL) and is admitted to practice in India. He has experience of over 6 years and has been associated with Parekh & Co. from 2020 in the Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. He has dealt with matters spanning across different practice areas including IPR, Construction law, Technology law, Environmental law, Company law, Competition law and Constitutional law.
