Swati is an alumni of KIIT School of Law, Bhubaneswar. She has been associated with Parekh & Co. since 2016. She has more than 7 years of experience in the field of Commercial Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She has represented numerous construction companies (both international and domestic) carrying out EPC Projects and Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) Projects both in Arbitration and in Courts. She has also represented foreign clients, medical colleges, global consumer goods company, and hospitality industry in courts.
